The short version
We ship every Pethium order free within the United States. Most orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Overview
This policy explains how and when we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes sideways in transit. It's written in plain language. Where we couldn't help the legal wording, we kept it short.
Where we ship
Pethium currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states. We also deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and PO boxes via USPS.
We don't ship internationally yet. We're working on it — join the international waitlist on our site and we'll let you know the moment we're live in your country.
Processing time
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.
- Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after our daily cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.
- During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take an extra day or two. If we expect a meaningful delay, we'll tell you.

*Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. They start when the carrier picks up your order, not when you place it. Total time to your door = processing time + delivery time.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you have an account, you can also find tracking under your order history. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show movement after you receive the email.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, email us at hello@pethium.com and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
Subscription shipments (Subscribe & Save)
If you're on a Subscribe & Save plan:
- Your first order ships right away, like any order.
- Each renewal is billed and shipped on your chosen cadence (for example, every 30 days), and we'll send a reminder email before each renewal.
- You can skip, reschedule, pause, or cancel anytime from your account — just make changes before your next billing date. See our Refund & Return Policy for full subscription details.
Wrong address or order changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's the most common cause of delivery trouble.
If you spot a mistake, email us at hello@pethium.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it. Once an order is with the carrier, we can't change the address, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us because of a bad address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct details.
Failed, delayed, lost, or stolen packages
- Carrier delays. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control — but we'll always help you work it out.
- Marked delivered but missing. Check around your property and with neighbors, and allow 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn't appeared, email us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
- Genuinely lost. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@pethium.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the packaging and product. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return anything. (This is also covered in our Refund & Return Policy.)
International orders
When we launch internationally:
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown clearly at checkout.
- Any customs duties or import taxes will either be included in the listed price or displayed at checkout — never an unpleasant surprise on your doorstep.
- The same 60-Day Difference Guarantee will apply.
